Founded in October 2020, Embassy Capital has seen great success in a short period of time. Creating a trusted name for itself in the market as a growing asset manager and multi-family office, Embassy Capital focuses on the development of long-term relationships. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide exclusive opportunities for investors to grow their wealth and curate our services based on their specific needs. Through club deals, joint ventures, and collective investments we can bring investors together on larger scale deals, ones that may not have been individually accessible.

Fardan Ali Al Fardan

With over 15 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry, Fardan Ali Al Fardan has comprehensive experience in valuation, as well as the global real estate market.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the American University in Dubai and a Certified Diploma in Real Estate Management from the Dubai Real Estate Institute. Al Fardan, who is experienced in creating REITs and real estate funds across the region, is also adept across the spectrum of real estate transactions in both the Middle East and Europe.

Abdulwahab Al Halabi

Managing Director

Abdulwahab Al Halabi has over 25 years of experience in Executive Management and holds a degree in Economics from London School of Economics and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Al Halabi is heavily involved in the region’s REIT industry and has held several prominent positions in the region such as Group Chief Investment Officer at Meraas Holding (a leading UAE based developer). Al Halabi’s vast experience includes CEO of Dubai Properties, various senior positions within the Dubai Holding Group, KPMG London and Dubai. From co-heading transactions to restructuring units, investments, funding and finance functions, Al Halabi’s industry experience and knowledge is unequivocal.

Al-Halabi currently sits as Chairman of DXB Entertainments (a DFM listed entity) and on the board of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB). His previous positions include Emirates REIT Management, a NASDAQ Dubai listed entity, Plant Pharmacy LLC, and several other private enterprises.

Marwa Alani

Head of Investor Relations

Alani has deep and broad expertise in the private banking sector specifically working with Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families from the Middle East and Africa. She has transacted across all traditional asset classes as well as alternative investments. With an impressive 15+ years’ experience her portfolio includes capital market investments, all subsets of real estate, lending and Wealth Planning for inter-generational wealth booked in multiple jurisdictions. Alani has a long-standing track record in complex transactions and has held several management roles at various institutions in the UK including Kleinwort Benson, Head of GCC at Emirates NBD London and Head of MEA for Deutsche Bank UK. She has successfully worked as part of global management teams as well as running various desks. With an MSc in Global Governance and Ethic (Politics, Economics and International Relations) from UCL London, Alani is also a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Noora Al-Mansoori

Senior Investment Manager

Noora Al-Mansoori is an investment professional with over 15 years of experience in Investment Banking, and Investments. She has worked with several renowned regional institutions including Gulf International Bank (GIB) and Arcapita. She worked on projects across the GCC, greater MENA, Europe and India, including investments and developments in retail malls, industrial assets, and residential real estate. She also has experience in the Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) industry. Her expertise extends to Investment Banking, where she has advised numerous companies on their growth strategies, restructuring, and equity fund raising. She has managed IPOs for GCC companies. She holds a Master of Science in Finance from Imperial College Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Economics, Econometrics & Finance from the University of York. She is a Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA) designee.
